Quakolo is a newly developed functional fleece that we independently researched and developed, inspired by the magical power of nature. It features a unique 6C cross-sectional structure, similar to honeycomb, which gives the yarn a super high specific surface area, locking in a large amount of air and slowing down the rapid loss of heat while being lightweight.
The hollow feather-like structure forms a hollow channel in the center of the yarn, effectively trapping air while allowing each fiber to breathe freely, making it more breathable, lightweight, and warm.
The pinecone-like molecular arrangement allows for quick diffusion of moisture to the surface during exercise, which is then carried away by air convection and evaporation, taking away sweat and heat, resulting in rapid cooling and drying. When not exercising, the high specific surface area of the fabric locks in heat, slows down the rapid loss of heat, and prevents hypothermia, shivering, and cold caused by heat loss.
