QUAKOLO Stone Fleece: tougher than knit, softer than laminate — one layer for urban to wild
Proprietary glue-free one-piece construction · single-layer lightweight structure · eco-upgradable
Stone Fleece is Quakolo's proprietary glue-free one-piece technology: a single woven layer delivers both a dense, wind- and water-resistant face and a soft, heat-trapping fleece back. One layer replaces conventional two- or three-layer soft shells.
Without lamination or coating steps, production uses less adhesive and energy. The woven structure is denser than knit, cutting pilling and delamination while improving wind resistance and durability — with less bulk and lighter weight.
A dense woven face sheds light rain and snow; durable water repellent finish available on request.
The dense single layer reduces wind-chill and heat loss on exposed chest and neck.
Machine washable with no lamination to delaminate; structure stays stable over time.
Handles brush, rock and pack friction through high-output outdoor use.
Four-way stretch moves with you through climbing and scrambling.
Releases excess heat generated during activity, avoiding damp cling.
A tighter woven structure reduces fiber loss and microfiber pollution in the wash.
A structured woven face with a skin-soft fleece back — performance with a clean silhouette.
No lamination or coating processes means less energy in manufacturing.
135–160GSM ultralight single-layer woven fleece — lighter than an average T-shirt. Feel the fabric vanish into your skin during spring breezes and long rides.
Roughly the weight of a thin T-shirt. Compresses small enough for a jersey pocket.
Blocks spring breeze and high-speed wind-chill, while releasing heat through activity.
Martindale-tested: handles bush scratch, pack friction and trail grit without pilling.
Moves with your riding position, running arm-swing and hiking stride — no restriction.
